Pho Skyline was born from years in the restaurant industry, a shared dream, and the kind of cooking that didn’t just feed people — it brought them together. The food told stories. It sparked memories. It made people feel at home, no matter where they were.
We wanted to recreate that sense of comfort and connection — to build a space where traditional Vietnamese cuisine could be honored, shared, and truly experienced, one bowl at a time.
From Name to Vision
The name Pho Skyline was chosen during the hustle of building the restaurant. Traditional names were considered, but didn’t match the minimalist, modern design we were working within. Skyline felt right — a word that balanced clean aesthetics with deeper meaning. Like the ever-evolving skyline of Saigon, our restaurant would rise from tradition but look ahead — modern, inviting, and open to what’s next.
